ZENOWAY at the LogiMAT 2017 – Making intralogistics solutions tangible
Once again, thousands of visitors as well as hundreds of exhibitors gathered in Stuttgart at the world’s largest trade fair for distribution, material and information flows in Stuttgart.
It was a full house at the LogiMAT 2017, where for the first time, ZENOWAY presented its intralogistics solutions at the Bosch Group stand.
“The LogiMAT is always a great platform for us to present our products and services. It was important for us to give our visitors good insight into our portfolio of solutions in the fields of analysis, assistance systems and logistic system solutions”, reports Christoph Fitzthum, head of sales of ZENOWAY.
The “Analysis” module of ZENOWAY allows for comprehensive fleet data collection, to capture process and vehicle related events. Potential optimizations can be identified and logistics processes, as well as assistance measures can be significantly improved.
Driver assistance systems such as “Speed Control” and “Passage Control” were presented, these systems automatically control the speed of the forklift at critical points such as intersections and walkways or gates and passages, thus adapting it to your needs. The individual modules can be expanded at any time by simply software activation.
“We want to make the processes and procedures in intralogistics more intelligent, easier and more efficient for our customers, through intelligent networking. This theme led to our trade fair slogan: “ZENOWAY. Simply. Connected. Intralogistics.”, explains Christoph Fitzthum.
In the field of system solutions, the trade fair visitors were able to familiarise themselves with the new innovative module “Shock Control”. With this system, accidents are reported to the control centre, and the involved forklifts can only start at crawl speed, or cannot be started at all, until they are unlocked by a shift manager, this considerably increases the safety of storage area traffic.
The basis of all modules and functions is real-time knowledge of the vehicles’ position – depending on the storage situation and customer requirements, this can be determined via camera, GPS or laser.
A very positive response:
Against the background of ongoing live demonstrations, more than 200 customer and partner discussions were held, as well as concrete leads being generated. For ZENOWAY, the LogiMAT2017 was a complete success. We are looking forward to a growing the good relationships developed in 2017, and a reunion at the LogiMAT 2018.
